Felecia Hodges is a native Charlestonian. She graduated from the College of Charleston in 1994 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. Felecia earned a M.B.A. degree from The Citadel in December, 2009. She has worked in the legal field since 2001. She very quickly demonstated her abilities to us. In addition to being our office manager, she learned and now handles the bookkeeping for our operating and trust bank accounts. She handles our business, estate and litigation paralegal work and can also handle real estate closings from start to finish. She can do it all! She is extremely capable. Her skill level, knowledge, poise, people skills, work ethic, integrity and loyalty are second to none. We are extremely fortunate to have her working with us.
Felecia is married and has two children, ages 6 and 2. The family resides in Charleston.

Heidi attended the University of Georgia and earned her B.A. degree in History from the University of South Carolina in 2002. Heidi began her real estate paralegal career in Georgia in 2003 and moved to Mt. Pleasant in 2005 to work for us a a real estate paralegal. Heidi advanced to department head and currently handles all paralegal duties for the firm's commercial and residential real estate transactions, including title insurance. She is a highly competent real estate closer. We constantly receive compliments on her performance from our clients, lenders and real estate agents regarding her paralegal skills and her people skills in dealing with the often difficult process of closing a real estate transaction.

Shelby Vargo graduated from Clemson University in 1990, earning a B.S. degree in Biological Science . She has been our title abstrator since June, 1996. In our opinion she is one of the highest skilled and most knowledgable abstrators in the State of South Carolina. In November, 2009 Shelby branched out on her own as Vargo Title Company but she still handles all of our title work, including asset searches and lien searches.
She has five children and nine grandchildren. Shelby resides in North Charleston.
