Our Staff
We are blessed with a highly skilled, experienced and loyal staff. Today we talk about our real estate paralegal, Heidi Moehlenkamp. Heidi attended the University of Georgia and earned her B.A. degree in History from the University of South Carolina in 2002. Heidi began her real estate paralegal career in Georgia in 2003 and moved to Mt. Pleasant in 2005 to work for us a a real estate paralegal. Heidi advanced to department head and currently handles all paralegal duties for the firm's commercial and residential real estate transactions, including title insurance. She is a highly competent real estate closer. We constantly receive compliments on her performance from our clients, lenders and real estate agents regarding her paralegal skills and her people skills in dealing with the often difficult process of closing a real estate transaction.
